Enroll for benefits
All regular salaried and full-time hourly teammates are eligible for benefits after one month of continuous full-time service. You must enroll within one month of becoming eligible, or wait until the next Annual Enrollment period to enroll, unless you have a qualifying life event.

How to enroll
Important information for when you're on the enrollment site
Once you've made your benefit choices, you must click "Submit Enrollment" and then click “Finalize & Print” to print and review your enrollment summary and send your final election to the Benefits Department.
Print the statement and review your enrollment choices. After you complete your enrollment, you will be prompted to print your Enrollment Summary. Be sure to save this for your records.
Covering your dependents
Make sure you know whom you can cover. If you're adding a dependent, see what you'll need to verify eligibility. Plus this year, the ACA requires us to provide your dependents' Social Security numbers. Learn more about covering your dependents.

- Enroll in Benefits text messaging for reminders on important deadlines.
- Review your 2021 Benefit plan options and rates
- Review your Benefits Resource Guide
- Enroll for all your benefits, including Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) to save money on health care expenses. Learn more.
- Designate the beneficiaries for your basic life, accidental death and dismemberment and supplemental life (if applicable).
- Have your dependent verification documents ready for any dependents you want to cover.
- Submit your elections and print a confirmation statement.
